You could not ask for a better real estate experience than you would have with Rita. She went above and beyond to help us while we were traveling overseas in order to get our home inspection completed. Best real estate experience ever and it occurred entirely based on luck. We went to look at a house that we did not buy but first impressions being everything, we contacted Andrew about a year later when we were seriously ready to look. He was patient, professional, personable, and never too busy to show us houses at all hours of the evening and weekend until we found the home we wanted. As we prepared to close the deal, Rita was able to step in and help us with different aspects of the buying process. Literally two incredible agents for the price of one! Sold our old home and purchased our new home with Florida Executive Realty. Rita and Andrew are simply the best! We’ve bought two homes and sold one with them, and honestly, we had no idea buying or selling a home could be this easy (and even fun!) until we met them. They always go above and beyond, never leave a loose end, and are amazing at keeping us in the loop so we always know what’s going on. What could have been stressful ended up feeling smooth and exciting because of how much care and attention they put into everything. Andrew and Rita helped me with purchasing a house while I was living out of state! Buying a new home is not easy, let alone buying a house from a long distance! However, they made this so easy for me by patiently identifying places within my budget and in my neighborhoods of interest, advising me with making reasonable offers, assisting me with making necessary arrangements during the inspection, and effectively communicating with the seller to adjust the price, to mention a few out of many! They did an excellent job, and I will definitely work with them again with my future purchases! I would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a house in Tampa!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Andrew and Rita completely transformed our perspective of realtors. Prior to this home purchase, we expected the bare minimum from realtors. Just someone to help us put in the offer. Andrew and Rita could not be further from that low standard. From the very beginning of our relationship with Andrew, he took the time to get to know us and to understand our goals. He always kept our digest of homes up to date, and was an incredible listener. Every time that we toured a home and did not like it for whatever reason, Andrew kept that in mind and would ask to update our search accordingly — for even things that we forgot we said. We honestly probably gave him whiplash from the number of times we changed where we wanted to live, or our budget, and despite that, Andrew never batted an eye or judged! He was incredibly organized, friendly, reliable, adaptable, knowledgeable and just overall someone that we could trust. The first home that we went under contract for had the potential of being a nightmare. Throughout that process, not only did Andrew help facilitate and coordinate while we were out of town, but he always presented the facts and kept his bias out of it. Shortly after withdrawing from that home, we ended up offering and going under contract for another home that we loved, by chance — without having to make any uncomfortable concessions. It was a home that he actually found, by the way. Thanks to Andrew and Rita, we ended up with our dream home in a beautiful community in the city. We couldn’t be more thankful!

The Barry Home Team is the best Real Estate company we have ever worked with to find a home! My husband and I are not from the area and Andrew and Rita made us feel comfortable, relaxed, but organized with our home searches. They provided us with a detailed list of homes for us to view, answered questions (and we had a lot), and gave us their complete expert advice when needed.
